What you will do

• Design and implement market entry and go-to-market strategies for priority regions.
• Lead distributor exit strategies and manage complex market transitions.
• Build and maintain clear operating frameworks for new and transitioning markets.
• Influence regional leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide rigorous market analysis and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Evaluate market opportunities through commercial, operational, and regulatory lenses.

• Demonstrable experience in business development, market entry, and international expansion.
• Practical experience navigating governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks across multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in financial modeling and business cases.
• Exceptional market insight and commercial instinct across diverse regions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.
