Location: Home-based with regular travel to key sites including Derby, UK.

Salary: £65,076–£72,196 + company car/allowance.

What you will do

  • Achieve year-on-year growth by promoting utility solutions across target market segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Identify and follow up on new business leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with commercial engineers and operational teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to enhance service competitiveness.
  • Manage contractual terms and conditions to support successful tender delivery.

Requirements

  • Must have extensive experience and technical knowledge in the utility/ICP sector or major construction projects.
  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on business growth and target achievement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify value-add opportunities.
  • Understanding of contractual terms and their impact on project delivery.
  • Enhanced conflict resolution skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel regularly to key sites including Derby.
