What you will do

  • Manage partnership and sales processes from outreach through onboarding.
  • Own commercial market entry and expansion strategy in the UK.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the UK healthcare ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to support commercial activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels, including launching new markets and product offerings.
  • Track partnership performance and support optimization efforts to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roles (Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Marketplace Operations, or General Management).
  • Proven track record managing B2B partnerships and driving end-to-end commercial growth.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market is essential (direct experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience launching, scaling, or operating within the UK market.
  • Background in HealthTech, Pharma Services, Telemedicine, eCommerce, B2B SaaS, or other regulated industries.
  • Ability to operate in early-stage, high-growth environments and build processes from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to or experience working with regulators such as MHRA, CMA, or equivalent bodies.
  • Existing network within the UK healthcare, pharmacy, clinic, or medical cannabis ecosystem.
