What you will do

• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and InfoSec teams to identify and implement data protection requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact within the organization for data protection issues.
• Assist in the implementation of data protection policies, notices, standards, and guidelines.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and maintain the article 30 register of processing activities.
• Provide day-to-day support and training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor global data protection developments and review supplier and client agreements for compliance.

Requirements

• Strong experience implementing GDPR and privacy policies within an international, multijurisdictional organization.
• Proven expertise in Privacy by Design and Default and conducting independent data breach assessments.
• Experience using privacy software platforms such as OneTrust or PrivacyEngine.
• Qualified lawyer and/or certified under IAPP (CIPP/E or CIPP/US).
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Location: Must be based in London or Malta.
