What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGM and ETG equipment according to strict regulatory standards.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, software updates, and functional testing to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Manage and verify machine status using internal management terminals.
• Prepare and assemble accessories for installations based on project requirements.
• Maintain precise incident reports, maintenance records, and daily technical logs.
• Collaborate with management and technical leads to resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and pass background investigations.
• Minimum one year of experience in assembly, testing, and repair of electronic devices.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to read technical schematics and manuals.
