What you will do
- Install, configure, and perform preventative maintenance on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and utility products.
- Troubleshoot customer problems both over the phone and via on-site visits down to the component level.
- Manage customer tickets and part inventory using Salesforce and ADP.
- Maintain and track part inventory while strictly following fleet vehicle policies.
- Provide high-quality service and technical support to customers to ensure equipment satisfaction.
- Train less experienced technicians on effective troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license for the state of Washington.
- Valid gaming card or the ability to obtain one.
- 1-2 years of experience in the assembly, testing, or repair of electronic or mechanical devices.
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, including the ability to read schematics and service manuals.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment over 70 lbs.
Nice to have
- Past experience in the gaming industry.
- Strong background in electronics or IT knowledge.
