What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of consultative software sales professionals to achieve ARR targets.
- Manage and report on the book of business, including revenue forecasting and pipeline maintenance.
- Recruit and hire new team members to support rapid organizational growth.
- Develop and refine sales playbooks and toolkits to enable high-velocity sales engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build effective sales processes tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of tech sales experience with 2+ years of people management.
- Fluent in written and spoken German.
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
- Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated passion for AI applications in the legal profession.
