What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of consultative software sales professionals to achieve ARR targets.
  • Manage and report on the book of business, including revenue forecasting and pipeline maintenance.
  • Recruit and hire new team members to support rapid organizational growth.
  • Develop and refine sales playbooks and toolkits to enable high-velocity sales engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build effective sales processes tailored to client needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of tech sales experience with 2+ years of people management.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German.
  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI applications in the legal profession.
