TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving revenue growth in the German institutional real estate market by selling AI-powered decision technology for building decarbonization with an accent on full-cycle enterprise sales and complex stakeholder management. Focus on building a high-quality repeatable pipeline and navigating C-level negotiations within institutional investment environments.

Location: Hybrid (Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin). Must be based in Germany and hold an EU/German work permit.

hirify.global is an ETH Zurich spin-off providing AI-powered Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI) to help investors decarbonize buildings while optimizing financial performance.

What you will do

  • Generate and close high-quality enterprise pipeline in Germany to deliver meaningful new ARR.
  • Execute a structured, consultative enterprise sales motion including discovery, stakeholder mapping, and procurement navigation.
  • Engage confidently with C-level stakeholders, including CFOs and investment committees, in institutional real estate.
  • Collaborate with founders and senior commercial leadership on complex late-stage negotiations.
  • Provide critical GTM feedback on ICP, use cases, pricing, and product roadmap based on German market dynamics.
  • Ensure seamless transition of customers into onboarding and early expansion phases.

Requirements

  • 5–9 years of total experience, including 3+ years in quota-carrying B2B enterprise sales.
  • Proven experience selling into institutional real estate, capital markets, or closely related sectors.
  • Deep understanding of German institutional decision-making and committee-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in structured qualification and forecasting (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Fluent in German and English (business level).
  • Valid EU / German work permit.

Nice to have

  • Enterprise SaaS experience in regulated or conservative industries.
  • Certifications such as MRICS, CFA, or CAIA.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Cross-border European commercial exposure.
