Location: Hybrid (Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin). Must be based in Germany and hold an EU/German work permit.

What you will do
- Generate and close high-quality enterprise pipeline in Germany to deliver meaningful new ARR.
- Execute a structured, consultative enterprise sales motion including discovery, stakeholder mapping, and procurement navigation.
- Engage confidently with C-level stakeholders, including CFOs and investment committees, in institutional real estate.
- Collaborate with founders and senior commercial leadership on complex late-stage negotiations.
- Provide critical GTM feedback on ICP, use cases, pricing, and product roadmap based on German market dynamics.
- Ensure seamless transition of customers into onboarding and early expansion phases.
Requirements
- 5–9 years of total experience, including 3+ years in quota-carrying B2B enterprise sales.
- Proven experience selling into institutional real estate, capital markets, or closely related sectors.
- Deep understanding of German institutional decision-making and committee-driven environments.
- Proficiency in structured qualification and forecasting (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Fluent in German and English (business level).
- Valid EU / German work permit.
Nice to have
- Enterprise SaaS experience in regulated or conservative industries.
- Certifications such as MRICS, CFA, or CAIA.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or Architecture.
- Cross-border European commercial exposure.
