What you will do
- Learn the end-to-end sales and client acquisition process for business/corporate accounts (no consumer accounts).
- Support executive leadership and team management activities, including hiring and training new team members.
- Run effective meetings and deliver public speaking on market strategy.
- Coordinate sales team activities, manage customer service and client accounts, and set territories, quotas, and goals.
- Analyze sales statistics and track results/trends for business forecasting and performance reporting.
- Develop and execute customer service and sales strategies and build partnerships with potential clients.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching ability in a highly team-based environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; supervisor/manager experience is helpful.
- Excellent time management and strong energy/attitude to set the tone for the team.
- 4-year degree preferred (Business Management, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related), but not required.
