TL;DR

What you will do

  • Learn the end-to-end sales and client acquisition process for business/corporate accounts (no consumer accounts).
  • Support executive leadership and team management activities, including hiring and training new team members.
  • Run effective meetings and deliver public speaking on market strategy.
  • Coordinate sales team activities, manage customer service and client accounts, and set territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Analyze sales statistics and track results/trends for business forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Develop and execute customer service and sales strategies and build partnerships with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching ability in a highly team-based environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; supervisor/manager experience is helpful.
  • Excellent time management and strong energy/attitude to set the tone for the team.
  • 4-year degree preferred (Business Management, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related), but not required.
