What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to translate corporate strategy into actionable workforce development and learning plans.
- Conduct needs assessments and use data to identify skill gaps and prioritize development initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of knowledge-sharing practices to improve access to critical technical information.
- Measure and communicate the impact of learning initiatives through defined performance metrics.
- Guide stakeholders on effective learning approaches, including non-training performance solutions.
- Collaborate across functions and levels to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in workforce development, learning, or project coordination.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable development plans.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions with confidence and empathy.

- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Experience working within a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with learning systems, collaboration tools, or knowledge platforms.
