What you will do

  • Coordinate the plant's training strategy, including leadership development, internships, and technical skills learning.
  • Oversee the creation of training materials and e-learning modules while ensuring alignment with OSHA/ISO standards.
  • Supervise Training Coordinators and collaborate with HRBPs, department heads, and external industry partners.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and report on training impact, compliance metrics, and time-to-competency.
  • Manage bi-weekly new hire orientations and conduct regular audits of documentation and training facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with shifting priorities.
