Salary: $110,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Americas-wide learning programs including leadership development and succession planning.
• Build blended learning solutions such as e-learning, virtual instructor-led sessions, and cohort experiences.
• Own the Workday LMS strategy including content architecture, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Establish measurement frameworks like Kirkpatrick and Phillips ROI to present data-driven insights to leadership.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to co-develop solutions addressing talent gaps.
• Implement emerging learning technologies including AI-driven personalization and generative AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR or talent experience with at least 4 years in a dedicated L&D or talent management role.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs with measurable impact.
• Working knowledge of LMS platforms such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership on workforce strategy.
• Must be able to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools applied to learning such as adaptive platforms or generative content tools.
• CPTD certification (ATD) or equivalent credentials.
