TL;DR
Learning and Development Specialist (HR): Designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs across the Americas with an accent on leadership development, onboarding, and performance training. Location: Must be based in Chelmsford, MA (In-office position)
Salary: $110,000–$120,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Americas-wide learning programs including leadership development and succession planning.
- Build blended learning solutions such as e-learning, virtual instructor-led sessions, and cohort experiences.
- Own the Workday LMS strategy including content architecture, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Establish measurement frameworks like Kirkpatrick and Phillips ROI to present data-driven insights to leadership.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to co-develop solutions addressing talent gaps.
- Implement emerging learning technologies including AI-driven personalization and generative AI tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive HR or talent experience with at least 4 years in a dedicated L&D or talent management role.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs with measurable impact.
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership on workforce strategy.
- Must be able to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to learning such as adaptive platforms or generative content tools.
- CPTD certification (ATD) or equivalent credentials.
