What you will do

• Design and deliver global learning programs including onboarding, leadership, and technical training.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement talent solutions.
• Support talent review, succession planning, and internal mobility programs.
• Manage and optimize learning platforms and analyze program effectiveness through data.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture-building programs.
• Support change management and communications for talent and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or Psychology.
• 4–7 years of experience in learning & development or talent management, preferably in a software environment.
• Experience supporting global or distributed workforces.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness.
• Familiarity with HR systems, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.
