What you will do
- Design and deliver global learning programs including onboarding, leadership, and technical training.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement talent solutions.
- Support talent review, succession planning, and internal mobility programs.
- Manage and optimize learning platforms and analyze program effectiveness through data.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture-building programs.
- Support change management and communications for talent and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or Psychology.
- 4–7 years of experience in learning & development or talent management, preferably in a software environment.
- Experience supporting global or distributed workforces.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with HR systems, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.
