What you will do

  • Provide HR partnership and coaching to managers and employees to help drive business goals and foster positive employee relations.
  • Drive talent and culture activities, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and succession planning.
  • Leverage HR metrics, analytics, and market trends to share decision-ready insights with internal partners and senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with Global HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to execute short and long-term talent actions.
  • Provide leadership training and development for managers within the manufacturing environment.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define and drive strategic staffing plans.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience supporting a technology business with at least 500-1000+ employees.
  • Experience working with hourly and contract employee populations (Manufacturing or factory floor preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR areas: compensation, organizational development, staffing, and leadership development.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks in a highly matrixed organization.
