Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per year.

What you will do
- Lead and oversee complex, multi-capability client engagements to ensure delivery against scope, budget, and quality.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping solutions that leverage company capabilities.
- Coach and mentor delivery teams, providing performance feedback and fostering professional development.
- Drive the adoption of Agile best practices, RAID management, and consistent reporting metrics across engagements.
- Participate in business development, including bid management and pre-sales activities within the industry.
- Contribute to the Delivery Management & PMO practice leadership to accelerate business growth and improve standards.
Requirements
- Must have eligibility for SC security clearance (requires 5 years of continuous UK residency).
- Proven experience in Agile project and programme management within the digital, software, or services industry.
- Track record of managing large-scale projects and portfolios, including fixed-price engagements.
- Experience building and leading high-performing consulting teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and people management.
- Deep understanding of public sector challenges regarding data, digital capabilities, and legacy infrastructure.
