What you will do

• Partner with engineering and product teams to plan and execute high-quality outcomes with clear evidence of impact.
• Sequence work by mapping dependencies across teams and systems to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.
• Optimize team rhythms and ceremonies, evolving them to ensure they add tangible value.
• Make delivery visible and measurable through the implementation of outcome-focused metrics.
• Identify and resolve systemic issues that impact delivery at scale across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement through practical experimentation and evidence-based delivery practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering measurable outcomes in a delivery-focused role.
