Salary: $130,354 – $151,200

What you will do

• Build and execute a comprehensive content governance framework establishing documentation standards and maintenance cycles.
• Evaluate, select, and implement a company-wide Learning Management System (LMS) for internal and external users.
• Design and launch role-specific learning paths to optimize onboarding and ongoing employee enablement.
• Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to co-create content and deflect support tickets.
• Establish content taxonomies and process designs that ensure knowledge systems scale efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience building knowledge systems from scratch with measurable impact on training or support efficiency.
• Ability to use data-driven decision-making to analyze support tickets and search queries to identify content gaps.
• Strong cross-functional influence to build partnerships with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations.
• Expertise in systems thinking and process design for scalable governance frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
