What you will do

• Manage new student inquiries and facilitate the enrollment process via phone, text, and email.
• Conduct academic planning and progress check-ins for Oregon, international, and private-pay students.
• Customize and track course enrollments for diverse student populations.
• Support students with college applications, including Common App updates and letters of recommendation.
• Monitor NCAA student progress and maintain accurate academic transcripts.
• Troubleshoot student support issues and manage graduation planners.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a school or educational organization.
• Extensive experience working with students with learning and emotional difficulties.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder communications.
