TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business revenue and expanding market presence for a Digital Employee Experience platform with an accent on complex enterprise sales cycles and executive-level engagement. Focus on evangelizing the DEX category, building strategic territory plans, and aligning technical solutions to measurable business outcomes for large IT organizations.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Boston, MA preferred; hybrid work model).

Compensation: $300,000–$360,000 OTE (Base salary: $150,000–$180,000).

What you will do

  • Build and execute a strategic regional sales plan to drive new business growth.
  • Prospect aggressively into enterprise accounts to develop a high-quality pipeline.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across IT, Security, and executive leadership.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial discovery through negotiation and closing.
  • Evangelize the DEX category and educate customers on solving business problems through technology.
  • Partner with internal teams including marketing, channel, and solution consulting to advance opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven track record of quota overachievement and top-tier performance.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate technical value to business stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Discipline in territory planning, forecasting, and deal execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling disruptive or category-creating technology.
  • Background in building territory from the ground up.
  • Strong partner ecosystem mindset and experience working with channel alliances.
