TL;DR
Commercial Account Executive (Tavily/AI): Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for mid-market and high-growth AI companies with an accent on building relationships with technical buyers and driving technical evaluations. Focus on identifying opportunities, leading discovery conversations, and scaling customer base through repeatable sales motions.
Location: United States (experience selling into San Francisco or New York tech hubs preferred)
Compensation: 155k–185k OTE

What you will do
- Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and inbound leads to deal close for commercial and mid-market accounts.
- Build relationships with technical buyers, product leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Lead discovery calls, demos, and proof-of-concepts partnering with Sales Engineering and Product teams.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts in CRM, and develop repeatable pipeline generation approaches.
- Provide customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 3–7 years B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, ideally with commercial/mid-market customers.
- Proven quota attainment and full sales cycle management.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline generation, and organizational skills.
- Experience selling to technical or product-led organizations.
- Ability to communicate technical product value to diverse stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset for high-growth startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI, APIs, developer tools, or data infrastructure.
- Familiarity with developer-led or product-led sales motions.
- Early-stage/high-growth startup experience.
- Knowledge of MEDDICC or MEDDPICC methodologies.
- Comfort engaging engineering and data platform leaders.
