TL;DR

Talent Development Program Manager (Manufacturing): Designing and scaling the end-to-end new hire experience and professional growth infrastructure for an autonomous factory company with an accent on structured onboarding and adult learning principles. Focus on accelerating time-to-productivity for diverse employee populations and building scalable learning curricula.

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorizations.

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000

hirify.global is building autonomous factories to accelerate the production of critical aerospace and defense components using advanced software and robotics.

What you will do

  • Design and optimize a structured onboarding program for hourly, salaried, and supervisory employees across multiple sites.
  • Develop role-specific learning content for key functions including engineering, GTM, and corporate roles.
  • Own the 30/60/90-day new hire journey, including check-ins, milestones, and feedback loops to mitigate retention risks.
  • Establish and track key success metrics such as completion rates, time-to-productivity, and manager satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain facilitator guides, digital resources, and program documentation.
  • Manage end-to-end program execution, from scoping and stakeholder alignment to post-program evaluation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in HR, talent development, or organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing onboarding programs in operational environments like manufacturing or logistics.
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or ITAR eligibility is required.
  • Experience with HRIS and LMS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, or Cornerstone.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, ATD, or Prosci.
  • Experience building programs from the ground up in fast-paced, operationally complex environments.
