Location: On-site in Los Angeles, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorizations.
Salary: $160,000 – $200,000

What you will do
- Design and optimize a structured onboarding program for hourly, salaried, and supervisory employees across multiple sites.
- Develop role-specific learning content for key functions including engineering, GTM, and corporate roles.
- Own the 30/60/90-day new hire journey, including check-ins, milestones, and feedback loops to mitigate retention risks.
- Establish and track key success metrics such as completion rates, time-to-productivity, and manager satisfaction.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain facilitator guides, digital resources, and program documentation.
- Manage end-to-end program execution, from scoping and stakeholder alignment to post-program evaluation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HR, talent development, or organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience designing onboarding programs in operational environments like manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or ITAR eligibility is required.
- Experience with HRIS and LMS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, or Cornerstone.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, ATD, or Prosci.
- Experience building programs from the ground up in fast-paced, operationally complex environments.
