TL;DR
Talent Management Specialist (HR): Supporting the implementation and administration of talent programs including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning with an accent on Workday HCM and LMS platform administration. Focus on building the talent management function from the ground up, creating resources for HRBPs, and ensuring seamless execution of talent initiatives across the organization.
Location: Must be based in the United States (50 states and Washington, D.C.)
Salary: $69,906 - $85,000 per year

What you will do
- Advance a continuous performance management culture by developing resources and tools within Workday.
- Serve as the learning administrator for the Percipio/Skillsoft platform to drive employee development.
- Design toolkits, job aids, and communications to promote employee engagement and development.
- Support succession planning and high-potential development initiatives through data management and strategic analysis.
- Contribute to organizational design efforts by creating resources for HRBPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate day-to-day talent management processes to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Five years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Talent Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Workday HCM talent management modules.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) administration.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel up to 15% and clear a background check.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR.
- Instructional design experience and knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives.
