Location: Must be based in Toronto or Vancouver, Canada. This is a hybrid role.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 base + $8,000 - $16,000 annual sales incentive.

What you will do

• Conduct functional planning and scoping sessions with project stakeholders.
• Design and implement hardware, software, and data integration solutions.
• Develop and manage technology deployment strategies.
• Coordinate day-to-day implementation details and end-user training.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to execute project plans.
• Facilitate project handoffs to support teams upon completion.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Undergraduate degree or technical diploma.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level customer projects.
• Technical proficiency in network architecture, database schematics, APIs, and SQL.
• Strong presentation, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for onsite client implementations throughout North America.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of software deployment experience.
• Experience with ACTIVE Network software solutions.
• Business experience in markets like Government, Education, or Sports.
• Relevant technical certifications or professional designations.
