Location: Must be based in Canada (London, ON and surrounding areas)
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Manage user accounts including additions, removals, and password updates.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop issues for end-users via remote and onsite support.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software assets.
- Respond to incoming technical support tickets, calls, and emails.
- Provide support for Office 365 applications across PC, Apple, and mobile platforms.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and maintain inventory records.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada (London, ON and surrounding areas)
- Demonstrable experience in technical support or desktop system administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with Office 365 applications and account management.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
