TL;DR

End User Support Technician: Providing comprehensive technical support for onsite and offsite environments with an accent on hardware/software troubleshooting and user account management. Focus on resolving desktop issues, managing Office 365 applications, and ensuring operational excellence for team members.

Location: Must be based in Canada (London, ON and surrounding areas)

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Manage user accounts including additions, removals, and password updates.
  • Diagnose and resolve desktop issues for end-users via remote and onsite support.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software assets.
  • Respond to incoming technical support tickets, calls, and emails.
  • Provide support for Office 365 applications across PC, Apple, and mobile platforms.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and maintain inventory records.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada (London, ON and surrounding areas)
  • Demonstrable experience in technical support or desktop system administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with Office 365 applications and account management.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
