What you will do

• Lead technical operations and application support for global services, ensuring 24/7 system reliability.
• Design, plan, and deploy system changes to enhance testing and operational processes.

• Maintain operational documentation and procedures to support knowledge transfer.
• Drive automation across CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Application Operations.
• Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments.
• Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in Toronto and able to work in a hybrid environment.

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator).
