What you will do
- Monitor production systems in real time to identify and resolve emerging issues, ensuring platform uptime.
- Support daily market operations, including system startup, shutdown, and application updates.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and technical issues.
- Maintain operational documentation to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with engineering teams to address operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations or system administration.
- Strong proficiency in Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and connectivity diagnostics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers.
- Scripting skills (Bash, regex) and experience with tools like GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Relevant infrastructure management certifications.
