What you will do

• Monitor production systems in real time to identify and resolve emerging issues, ensuring platform uptime.
• Support daily market operations, including system startup, shutdown, and application updates.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and technical issues.
• Maintain operational documentation to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with engineering teams to address operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical operations or system administration.
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and connectivity diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers.
• Scripting skills (Bash, regex) and experience with tools like GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Relevant infrastructure management certifications.
