Salary: $46,000–$57,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Maintain and update asset inventory records for all hardware.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to secure disposal.
• Conduct regular audits, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure ITAM compliance.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics, including customs documentation.
• Support IT Help Desk with onboarding, offboarding, and equipment workflows.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams on asset capitalization and budgeting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT Asset Management, inventory administration, or shipping logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of IT hardware and operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows).
• Ability to enforce policies while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Must be able to work on-site in Mississauga, Canada as part of a hybrid schedule.
