What you will do

• Manage the 24/7 on-call line as the first point of contact for users outside office hours.
• Provide immediate emotional support and grounding during moments of acute stress, anxiety, or panic.
• Guide users toward the correct next steps following clear protocols and escalation guidelines.
• Document user interactions and handle handovers to the daytime team.
• Participate in a structured learning path including intervision sessions and case reflections.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology.
• 1–3 years of experience in psychological support, coaching, or related settings.
• Native-level fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow strict procedures, and maintain professional boundaries.
• Tech-savvy with a computer running Windows 10+ or MacOS Ventura+ and antivirus enabled.
