What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage diverse caseloads ranging from mild presentations to complex and severe mental health needs.
• Utilize the Lyra provider platform for client matching, scheduling, and paperless billing.
• Manage clinical risks and respond to crises as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical consultation teams for rapid support and specialty group meetings.

Requirements

• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) allowing independent practice without supervision.
• Full-time residency in the United States.
• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track.
• Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Ability to provide in-person care and maintain appropriate office space.
