Child & Adolescent Therapist (Remote, NJ)

Location: Remote within New Jersey; New Jersey licensure is required

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually, with additional compensation potentially based on licensure type, state licensure, and prime-time availability.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to guide treatment planning.
• Collaborate with coaches, psychiatrists, and other care team members.
• Facilitate patient and parent/caregiver skills groups based on CBT, ACT, and PMT-informed curricula.
• Contribute feedback on curricula, training protocols, and technology applications in treatment.
• Maintain risk awareness and complete thorough, timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey licensure appropriate to the clinical discipline.
• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology, LCSW, or LPC with a master's degree from an accredited program.
• Strong experience treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.
• Training and experience delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT.
• Basic computer skills and openness to new technologies.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, cultural responsiveness, and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
