What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment to patients and families.
• Utilize measurement-based care to inform and track treatment planning.
• Collaborate with care team members including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Facilitate skills-based groups for patients and caregivers based on CBT, ACT, and PMT.
• Provide feedback on program curricula, training protocols, and technology applications.
• Maintain awareness of risk management and ensure thorough clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid New York clinical license (Ph.D., PsyD, LCSW, or LMHC with a Master's degree).
• Strong background in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.
• Experience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT.
• Basic computer skills and openness to adopting new clinical technologies.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a fast-paced, mission-driven team.
