Child & Adolescent Therapist (Remote, NY)

Location: Remote, New York, United States; periodic in-person retreats.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annual salary, with additional compensation potentially based on licensure, state licensure, and prime-time availability.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment to children, adolescents, and families.
• Use measurement-based care to guide treatment planning and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with coaches, psychiatrists, and other care team members.
• Facilitate CBT-based skills and skills-practice groups for patients or parents and caregivers, incorporating ACT and PMT.
• Provide feedback on curricula, training protocols, and the use of technology in treatment.
• Manage clinical risk and complete timely, thorough documentation.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology, LCSW, or LMHC with a master's degree from an accredited program.
• New York licensure appropriate to the clinical discipline is required.
• Strong background treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.
• Training and experience delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT.
• Basic computer skills and openness to using new technologies.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
