Location: Remote, US. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm EST or 11am-7pm CST.
Salary: $50,000 per year

What you will do
- Deliver virtual and text-based coaching to patients and families in individual or small group settings.
- Apply evidence-based practices and measurement-based tools to inform and guide coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with therapists and psychiatrists to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Provide feedback on coaching curricula, training protocols, and the application of coaching technology.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation and manage risk management issues.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Masters degree.
- Must be based in the US.
- Background in working with children and adolescents.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and openness to adopting new technologies.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
