Exposure Coach (Pediatric Anxiety and OCD)

Location: Remote, United States; Monday–Friday, 11am–7pm CST. Periodic in-person retreats are required.

Salary: $50,000 annual starting salary

What you will do

• Provide virtual and text-based coaching to patients and families in individual and small-group settings.
• Use measurement-based tools to guide coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and other care team members.
• Complete timely and thorough patient documentation while maintaining awareness of risk-management issues.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training on evidence-based and technology-enhanced coaching.
• Provide feedback on coaching curricula, training protocols, and technology applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and openness to learning new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Cultural competence and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
