What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform and track treatment planning.
• Collaborate with care team members including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Facilitate age-based skills groups for patients and caregivers based on CBT, ACT, and PMT.
• Contribute feedback on program curricula, training protocols, and technology applications.
• Maintain thorough documentation and awareness of risk management issues.

Requirements

• Must hold a Ph.D., PsyD, LICSW, or LMHC with a Master's degree from an accredited program.
• Must possess active Massachusetts licensure appropriate to clinical discipline.
• Strong background in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.
• Experience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professional discretion.
