What you will do

• Translate the high-level Unified XDR roadmap into a detailed technical execution plan.
• Coordinate migration activities across the Group CISO Monitoring Platform, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of agent deployment, platform integration, and use-case optimization.
• Manage sequencing and dependencies to minimize operational risks.
• Prioritize migration activities based on impact and feasibility.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex technical transformation programs in IT or security domains.
• Ability to manage large-scale migration and integration efforts involving multiple technologies.
• Proven track record of driving execution in complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong communication skills for aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the office in The Hague, Netherlands.
