What you will do

• Develop project plans, roadmaps, and implementation strategies for critical workstreams.
• Translate European Consumer Credit Directives into practical, actionable business solutions.
• Advise on and support the implementation of Google App Store/Play billing for subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• Identify and analyze risks, dependencies, and compliance challenges.
• Facilitate alignment between stakeholders across business, legal, finance, and technology domains.
• Deliver structured documentation for decision-making and potential audits.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an independent consultant in complex, preferably regulated environments.
• Strong background in financial services, mobile platforms, and/or regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with European Consumer Credit Directives and/or app store billing ecosystems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be available for hybrid work in Den Haag, Netherlands.
