NPI Project Manager (Semiconductors)

Location: Nijmegen, Netherlands; based at hirify.global’s headquarters with the possibility to work from home

hirify.global develops semiconductor solutions, including Voltage Translator and Digital Isolator products, for global markets.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through the design, testing, validation, qualification, and release of new semiconductor products.
• Manage end-to-end R&D and New Product Introduction projects from concept through market release.
• Define resource requirements, build project teams, and provide leadership, coaching, and guidance.
• Drive delivery against specifications, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate the product family pipeline, support continuous improvement, and coach Project Leaders and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience in an international matrix organization.
• Experience with modern Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
