What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams for design, testing, validation, qualification, and release of new Voltage Translator and Digital Isolator products.
• Own end-to-end accountability for R&D and NPI projects, including resource planning, team building, and leadership throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive project execution against specifications, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Track progress, identify risks and gaps, and implement corrective actions; oversee the product family pipeline and alignment across projects.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to project management best practices; coach Project Leaders and perform peer reviews.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience in an international matrix organization.
• Experience with modern project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong leadership and ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
