What you will do

  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of compliance programs aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Transform complex compliance requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Monitor project progress and key compliance metrics, including audit completion and training participation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between compliance teams, project stakeholders, and department heads.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure the achievement and maintenance of certifications such as ISO27001.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in compliance management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and meticulous organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with risk assessments and compliance program development.
  • Proficiency in modern web tools such as Google Docs, Zapier, and Linear.
  • English: Proficiency in written and verbal communication required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience managing ISO27001 certifications.
  • Ability to communicate in Dutch.
