What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the NIS2 compliance project across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Manage project planning, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Work with cybersecurity, IT, legal, compliance, and operational teams to drive implementation activities.
• Support the interpretation and operationalization of NIS2 requirements across different countries.
• Track progress, dependencies, and regulatory milestones to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate reporting, meetings, and workshops for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within complex international or regulatory-driven environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity projects with exposure to NIS2 or related compliance frameworks.
• Previous experience in the renewable energy or broader energy sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural environments.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with European cybersecurity regulations and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-border projects within highly regulated industries.
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
