What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from planning to stable go-live and adoption.
• Lead the HubSpot implementation and migration, ensuring strong alignment across business teams.
• Align perspectives and priorities across Sales, E-commerce, Quality, and Customer Fan Care.
• Translate business needs into structured plans, governance, and decision-making.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners while actively managing risks and dependencies.
• Strengthen the company's project management framework and tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end IT projects, including post-launch support.
• Proven experience with CRM implementations such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive decisions in complex environments.
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Amsterdam office (hybrid: average 3 days a week).
