What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of corporate build projects, including new office launches, expansions, and renovations.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution and reporting to leadership.
• Maintain and implement corporate standards for A/V systems, network infrastructure, and structured cabling.
• Manage relationships with system integrators, contractors, and technology vendors to ensure quality delivery.
• Partner with Workplace, IT, Security, and Procurement teams to ensure operational readiness of physical spaces.
• Coordinate IT-related office Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) to minimize business disruption.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience delivering corporate build or workplace technology projects in a global environment.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Working knowledge of A/V systems, corporate networking, low-voltage infrastructure, and structured cabling.
• Strong project management skills including scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply.
