What you will do

• Develop deep expertise in the hirify.global product suite, including checkout, dashboard, and APIs.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and senior developers to design high-quality customer experiences.
• Create integration plans and provide sample code to assist sellers with implementation.
• Support Account Executives and Account Managers during sales calls and customer onboarding.
• Serve as a product expert, relaying customer issues and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to the creation of public and internal technical documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture working with enterprise-level clients.
• Strong technical background in full or partial stack development and common API interfaces.
• Practical experience with API integrations and tools such as ETLs or iPaaS.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the US (Austin, TX context).
