What you will do

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine specifications and provide market data.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and professional networking sites.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Engage and coach candidates through the interview process, articulating the value proposition.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine offer details and negotiate candidate acceptances.
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and efforts to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Friedrichshafen, Germany
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment tools.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
