• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to contract preparation.
• Fill technical and business positions across all seniority levels.
• Perform proactive direct sourcing, primarily utilizing LinkedIn.
• Build and strategically maintain sustainable talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure the best possible fit for open roles.
• Analyze recruiting KPIs and represent the company at job fairs and networking events.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a similar field.
• Several years of professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sharp instinct for identifying the ideal candidate fit.
