What you will do

• Deliver high-quality instructor-led and virtual training for new hires and tenured associates.
• Manage classroom and virtual environments to ensure consistent, inclusive, and high-trust learner experiences.
• Partner with instructional designers and leadership to pilot new content and provide facilitation-based insights.
• Communicate learner progress, trends, and performance metrics to business stakeholders.
• Support training operations including LMS utilization, scheduling, and evaluation reporting.
• Coach and model facilitation excellence to support team development and best practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 5+ years of experience in training facilitation or adult learning delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or HR
• Experience in regulated financial services (life insurance, annuities, etc.)
• Facilitation certifications (e.g., Certified Training Facilitator)
• Experience with modern collaboration platforms like Zoom, Teams, or WebEx
• Experience leveraging data analysis tools for training effectiveness
