What you will do
- Deliver high-quality instructor-led and virtual training for new hires and tenured associates.
- Manage classroom and virtual environments to ensure consistent, inclusive, and high-trust learner experiences.
- Partner with instructional designers and leadership to pilot new content and provide facilitation-based insights.
- Communicate learner progress, trends, and performance metrics to business stakeholders.
- Support training operations including LMS utilization, scheduling, and evaluation reporting.
- Coach and model facilitation excellence to support team development and best practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 5+ years of experience in training facilitation or adult learning delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or HR
- Experience in regulated financial services (life insurance, annuities, etc.)
- Facilitation certifications (e.g., Certified Training Facilitator)
- Experience with modern collaboration platforms like Zoom, Teams, or WebEx
- Experience leveraging data analysis tools for training effectiveness
