Salary: $21.65–$38.03 hourly

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for mortgage products, guiding members from application through funding.
• Deepen member relationships by delivering tailored financial solutions and proactive communication.
• Mentor and coach branch teams to identify mortgage opportunities and improve service quality.
• Represent the organization in the community to generate new business and expand mortgage presence.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal departments to ensure loan files meet regulatory and credit union standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum two years of experience in mortgage loan production (conventional, FHA, VA).
• Minimum two years of mortgage loan sales or consultative financial services experience.
• Must comply with SAFE Act legislation and maintain annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to perform complex income analysis.
