Sr Mortgage Advisor - Spokane/Coeur d'Alene

Location: Spokane, Washington, United States; moderate travel required, including in-person member, broker, and community engagement.

Salary: $45,032 annual base pay plus uncapped incentive compensation and monthly commissions.

What you will do

• Create mortgage solutions based on member needs and build lasting relationships.
• Develop relationships with agents, builders, brokers, and other mortgage professionals.
• Prospect and generate new mortgage relationships to support growth.
• Contribute to individual and team goals while coaching referral generation and improving the member experience.
• Represent hirify.global at community organizations and events to generate business and educate prospective members.
• Resolve member issues and serve as an escalation point for mortgage-related concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or education experience.
• At least 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience.
• Self-generated mortgage volume of at least $12 million annually.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including annual Mortgage Loan Originator registration.
• Strong relationship management, problem resolution, customer service, sales, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient English communication, mathematics, and complex income analysis skills.
