Salary: $45,032 – $79,100 annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain mortgage sourcing relationships with agents, builders, and industry professionals.
• Generate new mortgage business through active prospecting and community involvement.
• Provide expert mortgage solutions to members, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Perform complex income analysis and manage the end-to-end loan origination process.
• Serve as an escalation point for member concerns and resolve complex issues.
• Represent the organization at community events to promote mortgage products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience with a proven track record of self-generating $12M+ annual volume.
• Current registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in compliance with the SAFE Act.
• Proficient math skills for complex income analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform moderate travel within the region.
