TL;DR
FI Sales and Trading Associate (Finance): Managing risk management products and solutions for external clients and internal stakeholders with an accent on pricing and risk management of derivatives. Focus on developing system infrastructure, executing transactions, and generating revenue within the North American markets.
Location: Hybrid (New York, US). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Act as a key resource for the Markets NA Trading team and Financial Institutions Sales teams.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of system infrastructure for the desk.
- Analyze and manage risk for products including Interest rates, Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Money Market, and Fixed Income.
- Execute client transactions via portals, phone, email, or registered chats.
- Support the desk in the booking process and strive toward revenue generation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting an FI Sales Trading or derivative sales desk in a financial institution.
- BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, Math, Engineering, Physics or relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
- Practical knowledge of OTC derivatives, swaps, and options.
- Legally authorized to work in the US; is unable to sponsor employment visas.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 35%.
