What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end category or brand performance, including P&L accountability and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for pricing, assortment, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through negotiations and joint business planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver commercial results.
  • Identify and launch new products or initiatives to accelerate category growth and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in category management, brand management, or similar commercial roles.
  • Proven track record in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG environments.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with experience in pricing, assortment, and P&L ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Success operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling new or emerging brands or categories.
  • Exposure to supply chain, forecasting, and inventory planning.
  • Background in tech-enabled retail such as marketplaces or DTC.
  • Track record of launching new products or go-to-market strategies.
