Category Manager (Dog Consumables): Owning the end-to-end performance of a strategic brand portfolio with an accent on P&L management, growth strategy, and cross-functional execution. Focus on driving revenue growth, optimizing assortment and pricing, and building vendor partnerships within a high-growth ecommerce environment.
Location: Must be based in Plantation, FL

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end category or brand performance, including P&L accountability and growth targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for pricing, assortment, promotions, and merchandising.
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through negotiations and joint business planning.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver commercial results.
- Identify and launch new products or initiatives to accelerate category growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in category management, brand management, or similar commercial roles.
- Proven track record in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG environments.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience in pricing, assortment, and P&L ownership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Success operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling new or emerging brands or categories.
- Exposure to supply chain, forecasting, and inventory planning.
- Background in tech-enabled retail such as marketplaces or DTC.
- Track record of launching new products or go-to-market strategies.
