Salary: $100,000 - $128,000

What you will do

• Lead merchandising strategy and operations for Shop TODAY’s DTC initiatives, specifically the Curated Box program.
• Manage end-to-end execution including product sourcing, inventory planning, and fulfillment.
• Develop and grow merchant and wholesale relationships to support business expansion.
• Partner cross-functionally with Editorial, Finance, and Legal teams to execute commerce initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and implement scalable systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Launch and scale a subscription business model for commerce products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in merchandising, operations, DTC commerce, or wholesale.
• Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
• Proven experience in assortment planning, sourcing, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholder groups.
