Location: Must be based in Universal City, California (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office required).

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies for Food and Beverage licensing to align with franchise goals.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with licensees, vetting business plans to optimize revenue.
• Identify market gaps and research new leads to expand the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Retail Development, Product Design, and Franchise teams to drive brand consistency.
• Manage annual budget planning and quarterly revenue forecasting for assigned categories.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor dynamics, and retail buying cycles to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Licensed Consumables or CPG Category/Brand Management.
• Strong understanding of retail business development, distribution, and the retail landscape.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation and relationship building.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work from the Universal City, CA office at least 4 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
